Management Structure

Our strategic vision is to be a beacon of hope and stability for children and young people, providing nurturing and loving foster homes where they can grow, thrive, and achieve their full potential.

Heart and Home Fostering Group Ltd would be managed by a team of experienced professionals, including social workers, educationalists, and other specialists. The management team, led by the Director of Operations, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care. The management structure includes:

Responsible Individual - Ensures the agency meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
Registered Manager - Oversees the daily operations and ensures the quality of care is provided through exploring and allocation of relevant resources to foster carers

The wider organisational structure would include roles such as Supervising Social Workers, therapists, educationalists, family support workers, and administrative staff. These roles are essential to delivering high-quality support to foster carers and children and will be recruited in line with the agency’s operational development and regulatory requirements. Key expectation for each of the roles would include:

Supervising Social Workers: Provide regular supervision, support, and guidance to foster carers.
Administrative Team: Handles administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations.
Therapists and Family Support staff: Offer therapeutic and placement support to children and young people
Educationalists: Support the educational needs and development of children in the foster homes.
